In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to Ritsi and without any liability whatsoever, Ritsi at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of ritsiplus.com.

Pricing policy
All prices quoted are payable in Canadian dollars for any order coming from a Canadian customer and in American dollars for US customer and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping charges and if applicable: GST, PST, QST or HST.

Delivery and delays
The post office, a fast mail or another conveyor dispatches your order. The delivery time can vary from 2 to 7 days according to the means of delivery used.
If you wish to order on line, please follow the indications on the website.
The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order. The customer must check the conformity of the information. In this context, all the expenses engaged for sending back the order will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must check his order at the time of his reception. If he notes that a product is missing or damaged, he must immediately contact Ritsi customer’s service. The formulation of this complaint must be made:
by priority by phone at (514) 481-8600 from Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m at 6:00 p.m., excluding official holidays, Saturdays 10:00 a.m at 5:00 p.m.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with items you have ordered over the web, you can return your goods for any reason providing:

• The goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
• Merchandise returned more than 7 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for a return.  
• The goods are in their original condition AND the garment tags remain intact.  
• Please contact Ritsiplus.com before returning any items at sales@ritsiplus.com <mailto:sales@ritsiplus.com> .  
• Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the  customer.

Ritsi is committed to protect the private life and the confidentiality of the information provide in our website. The personal information that you are required to transmit is used only to ensure the right treatment of your order.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, Canada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Ritsiplus.com and these Terms and Conditions.

Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with those incorporated or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except by Ritsi as set forth above.

English language
The parties have requested that these Terms and Conditions and all documents contemplated hereby be drawn up in English. Les parties aux présentes ont exigé que cette entente et tous autres documents envisagés par les présentes soient rédigés en anglais.
